This site is dedicated to helping MX athletes improve their strength and conditioning by
creating their own home training program.   There are many ways to gain strength and
improve your overall conditioning as well as increase your flexibility and coordination.  
And, you can get yourself into great condition with exercises and workouts that you can
do at home or in your garage.  Most of these exercises require no special equipment or
you can use items that you may already have available to you.  Although my training
program is designed for motocross athletes, it is also appropriate for all athletes and
fitness enthusiasts wanting to improve their strength and conditioning.

.  I also write a
FREE weekly newsletter in which I offer training tips for those interested in creating a
