There are many ways to gain strength and improve your overall conditioning as well as increase your flexibility and coordination. And, you can get yourself into great condition with exercises and workouts that you can do at home or in your garage. Most of these exercises require no special equipment or you can use items that you may already have available to you. Although my training program is designed for motocross athletes, it is also appropriate for all athletes and fitness enthusiasts wanting to improve their strength and conditioning. These exercises and workouts are described in words and photos in Motocross Fitness: The Ultimate Home Training Guide for Motocross Athletes - 2nd Edition. I also write a FREE weekly newsletter in which I offer training tips for those interested in creating a home fitness program to get in shape for motocross.
